Description: Fix link failure by making generateMatches4to2Fast static inline
generateMatches4to2Fast() is defined in src/Index.c with the plain C
"inline" specifier. Under C99/C11 semantics such a definition does not
provide an external definition, so when the compiler does not inline the
calls (e.g. when no optimisation flags are present in CFLAGS) the linker
fails with "undefined reference to `generateMatches4to2Fast'".
Since the helper is only used inside src/Index.c, declaring it
"static inline" gives it internal linkage and guarantees that a definition
is emitted whenever it is needed, independently of optimisation level.
